The Inside Sales Lead is responsible for quoting (proposals), follow-up, contracting and servicing prospective clients in matters related to the sales function with the goal of maintaining winning client business. The Lead is responsible for day-to-day contact with potential and existing clients for new sales, changes, quoting and contracting activities. What You Will Do: Day-to-day contact with potential and existing clients for new sales, changes, quoting and contracting activities. Handle proposal development activities (simple and complex) including screening client information for scope determination, proposal generation and timely submittal of quote to the client. Receipt and review of all Applications and required contracting information. Completion of contract review to ensure the requirements are defined, any differences resolved, and that ABS QE is capable to provide service. Verification and entry of information into database for assigning project numbers. Resolve technical review bounces when related to quoting. Ongoing sales reporting for management. Participate in major proposal activities. Administer corporate master agreements. Sales lead and quote follow-up, as assigned. APEX superuser & trainer. Supervises Inside Sales team (preparation of renewal quote and changes at renewals.
