About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our business development efforts in the barber and beauty supply sector, working full or part time (around 20 hours a week) for the Fall 2026 semester. This role is ideal for a current student pursuing a degree in marketing, sales, or business who is eager to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, CRM management, and digital outreach in a professional work environment. The intern will play a key role in identifying and enriching contact data to support our inside sales team.

Requirements

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to perform effective web and social media searches.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted searches on social media platforms to identify barber supply and animal grooming supply stores with high follower counts.
  • Use internet search tools to locate barber supply and animal grooming supply stores in specific geographic regions.
  • Enter and organize contact data into the CRM system with accuracy and consistency.
  • Enrich CRM entries by researching and adding contact information for business owners and purchasing decision-makers.
  • Assist in initial outreach efforts to gauge interest in receiving information about new product launches.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure data quality and lead readiness.
  • Upholds Andis Core Values in all work-related activities.
