Requirements
- At least 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the hydronics or a related technical field.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate sales databases.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Independent worker with a team-oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated with a competitive edge and excellent communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding service to both walk-in and phone customers, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing.
- Sales Processing: Review and enter quotations accurately, interact with vendors for competitive pricing, and follow up on quotes to secure orders and improve processes.
- Product Expertise: Utilize in-depth product knowledge to match customer specifications and provide alternative solutions based on cost, availability, or specifications.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor order shipments to guarantee timely delivery, and manage transactions accurately following standard procedures.
- Strategic Sales: Understand and apply the company’s pricing and profit model to make sound business decisions that maximize profitability.
