The Inside Sales Home Health Representative is responsible for receiving inbound telephone calls resulting from various marketing campaigns targeted to ADT's Personal Emergency Response Service. The primary goal is to successfully position interested customers for a system that fits their needs. This role involves providing resolution and closing sales for both new and existing customers by guiding qualified prospects through the critical selling path of gathering information, determining needs, and setting up an order. The representative must ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, and by performing necessary follow-up actions including quotes and information requests. Additionally, the position requires making outgoing follow-up telephone calls to undecided leads and outbound calls to leads received via the Internet through various campaigns. Remote locations are considered for hire in specific states.
