About The Position

AICA Orthopedics is hiring multiple Inside Sales Executives for our Marietta, GA contact center. Due to continued growth across our 21-location network, we are expanding our contact center team and have several openings available immediately. This is a full-time, inbound inside sales role — conversion-driven, metrics-driven, and built for a results-oriented sales professional. Every inbound call is a qualified lead — someone who has already been in an accident, is already in pain, and is already looking for care. Your job is to convert that call into a scheduled appointment. Our best performers listen carefully, build trust quickly, handle objections professionally, and guide every conversation to a committed next step. Empathy is the method; conversion is the goal. Base pay: $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Top performers earn $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Requirements

  • 2+ years in a conversion-driven inside sales, healthcare sales, medical intake, insurance sales, legal intake, or contact center sales role — with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outcome-based targets
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding conversion targets or appointment goals
  • Exceptional phone presence — warm and confident, able to guide a call to a decision without being pushy
  • Proficiency with CRM and EMR systems; Salesforce and NextGen preferred
  • Able to handle emotionally sensitive calls involving injury, pain, or legal matters with composure

Nice To Haves

  • Background in personal injury, medical intake, healthcare sales, legal intake, or insurance sales
  • Experience in a high-volume contact center, call center, or inside sales environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or NextGen EMR
  • Bilingual Spanish/English

Responsibilities

  • Handle 50-75 inbound calls daily from accident victims, injury patients, and legal offices coordinating care on a patient's behalf — a consistent, manageable volume designed to support quality conversations
  • Conduct thorough intake conversations that build trust, uncover patient needs, and guide every qualified caller toward a scheduled appointment
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly conversion targets in a metrics-driven environment with clear expectations
  • Document every interaction accurately and completely in NextGen and Salesforce, including all communications with legal offices coordinating care on behalf of PI patients — data integrity is essential to team performance
  • Handle calls involving sensitive situations — injury, pain, ongoing legal matters — with composure and professionalism
