The Inside Sales position is responsible for driving sales across all modalities for the Lab Diagnostic assays and devices. The Inside Sales Executive, Assay manages an assigned sales territory and plans its development to achieve sales quotas. Plan, manage and implement the Siemens Healthineers CRM process, and conduct customer calls to close business. Complete administrative tasks that support the Siemens Healthineers business objectives and departmental initiatives. This role works remotely from a home office, covering the Central U.S. Your role: Achieves business objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings). Guides the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets. Develops, builds and cultivates long-term relationships within the customer organization and within Siemens Healthineers field sales teams. Assists management in devising sales plans, develop forecasts. Leads territory team reviews and updates on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity. Will create and deliver customized presentations to customers based on clinical, operational, and financial needs Will collect and share competitive information with the business unit for the purpose of improving market strategies Will monitor and grow market share, while maintaining profitability guidelines as defined by the business unit. Requirements

  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Candidates will have 2+ years’ healthcare equipment sales experience or sales equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated capacity to sell in complex environments.
  • Experience carrying large quotas and as well as demonstrated success at meeting and exceeding those quotas.
  • Must have experience working with sales quotas, forecasting.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales role, healthcare field preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
  • Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites.
  • Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position.
  • These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SSN) Criminal background checks Drug screens Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus) Annual TB testing Healthcare training.
  • A successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
