Job Purpose: The Inside Sales Engineer lead is responsible from enquiry to order acceptance, technical and after sales support. Working with multiple departments to provide an outstanding customer experience and satisfy the business operational needs by ensuring that service levels are consistently met in a productive and financially responsible manner. Drives new revenue and profitability to agreed targets from both pre-sales and after sales opportunities.
