About The Position

United Roofing is looking for a driven and organized Inside Sales & Deal Support Specialist to help our sales team convert more opportunities into signed roofing projects. This role is perfect for someone who is great on the phone, enjoys problem-solving with customers, and wants to play a key role in growing a fast-moving company. You will be responsible for responding to new leads, setting appointments for our roofing experts, and following up with homeowners to help close deals that are still undecided.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable talking to homeowners and handling questions
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stay proactive and follow up consistently
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to incoming leads (calls, website inquiries, referrals)
  • Schedule roof inspection appointments for our sales team
  • Follow up with homeowners who received estimates but haven’t made a decision yet
  • Support sales reps with proposals, financing information, and scheduling
  • Help answer customer questions and address objections when homeowners are unsure
  • Keep our CRM system updated and organized
  • Work closely with the sales manager and team to improve close rates

Benefits
