Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role is critical in ensuring that they receive the best possible experience.

Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Sales background and possess the ability to establish personal relationships with customers.
Meeting deadlines and remaining flexible under pressure is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
Two years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch support.
Expedite sales orders, including the entire process from entry to shipment.
Manage customer accounts, keeping records of customer interactions, complaints, and transactions, including details of all actions taken.
Develop new and existing customers to achieve sales goals, including making cold call/ re-establishment calls to promote AAE's products and services to potential customers.
Cross-train, learn, and support other functions or processes as required.
