About The Position

Manning Pool Service is seeking an experienced, driven Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This full-time, Monday–Friday position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and supporting customers in a fast-paced service environment. This role is based in our office and works closely with both our customers and field technicians. Position Overview This is a sales-first position with a strong customer service component. You will be responsible for outbound sales efforts, lead follow-up, and proactive customer communication while also supporting day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable with cold calling, and experienced in closing sales, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of previous sales experience (required)
  • Proven comfort with cold calling and phone-based sales
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a small office environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound sales calls and cold calling prospective customers
  • Following up on inbound leads, estimates, and service inquiries
  • Building rapport with customers and closing service and upgrade opportunities
  • Answering incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinating with field technicians to support scheduling and customer needs
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and sales notes
  • Working collaboratively with management and the service team
