About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Be the go-to expert for our walk-in, email, e-commerce, and phone customers seeking to purchase signage. Engage in meaningful client conversations, offering consultative sign sales solutions that meet our clients' needs. Generate timely client quotes for the recommended client signage solution. Ensure accurate record-keeping of quotes, sales, work-in-progress, and completed projects. Collaborate with the team to ensure signage project accuracy and timely completion. Manage the client project from consultation, quote, order, production to completed installation to ensure quality project completion and customer satisfaction. Coordinate signage delivery or installation schedules. Properly close the project and obtain final project payment. Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative: Previous retail or counter sales experience is required.
