Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets – BisTrack training provided)
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

1 year in cabinet design or sales

Responsibilities

Support Sales Teams & Ensure Communication: Provide daily assistance to Inside and Outside Sales Teams while acting as a liaison between departments and external vendors.
Order & Receivables Management: Process quotes, purchase orders, and orders with accuracy. Support receivables collection to contribute to the company’s financial health.
Engage with Customers: Handle inquiries from customers and sales representatives, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Be a Product Knowledge Guru: Gain expertise in company products to assist customers and sales teams confidently.
Keep Things Organized: Ensure compliance with company policies, provide timely reports, and independently manage tasks and priorities.
Tackle Challenges with Independence: Work autonomously to achieve results and assist with additional duties to support team success.
