About The Position

Symmetry Partners is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Internal Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, demonstrated sales success, and a passion for building and maintaining long-term client relationships. This individual will play a key role in driving new business, supporting company growth objectives, and representing Symmetry Partners as a trusted resource for advisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Series 7 and 65 licenses required
  • 5–7 years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals with a client-first approach.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and wealth management solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Orion, Envestnet, or AssetMark preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Convert qualified leads to new clients and increase assets under management (AUM).
  • Present and explain Symmetry Partners' full suite of investment and advisory solutions, including:
  • Model Portfolios
  • Tax-Loss Harvesting Solutions
  • Mutual Funds & ETFs
  • Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs)
  • Technology and Practice Management Solutions
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted sales campaigns and materials.
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Represent Symmetry Partners at conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
