Position Overview As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be on the front lines—talking to real customers, helping book moves, and learning how to confidently sell without being “salesy.” You’ll sharpen your communication skills, learn how to listen for what people actually need, and see how different teams work together behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. If you’re good with people, quick on your feet, this role gives you real experience you can use anywhere. Requirements
- Have experience in customer service, hospitality, leasing, retail, or inside sales
- Enjoy talking to people and aren’t afraid to ask for the sale
- Are motivated by goals, performance metrics, and earning potential
- Thrive in a structured, high-energy environment
- Learn quickly, adapt easily, and handle multiple conversations at once
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is desirable but not required
Responsibilities
- Speak with inbound and outbound customers to understand their needs and confidently book services
- Build trust quickly and guide customers through decisions with clarity and empathy
- Use our CRM to manage leads, send follow-ups, and offer add-on solutions via phone, text, and email
- Hit (and exceed) clear performance metrics tied directly to commission
- Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching and feedback
- Continuously sharpen your sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
