Schedule: 8AM - 4:30PM -OR- 11AM - 7:30PM | Full-Time (At Least 1 Weekend Shift Per Week) As an Inside Sales Center Agent , you will identify, engage, and create opportunities with prospective homeowners across our multiple markets. Your goal will be to maximize the conversion rate of all incoming calls, leads, and inquiries into scheduled appointments for our team of elite sales consultants.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience
  • At least 1yr of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable utilizing dual computer screens
  • Must be proficient with computers and able to type at least thirty words per minute
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus

Responsibilities

  • Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries
  • Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction proficiently and accurately
  • Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in our products and services
  • Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism
