This position involves engaging with both existing and potential customers through "warm" and "cold" calling. For existing customers, the role focuses on identifying additional needs, re-contracting, and up-selling PenTeleData services. For new clients, the goal is to promote growth through "cold" calling. The role also includes handling inbound sales leads for both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be experienced in achieving quota goals through outbound calling (telemarketing) and ensuring customer awareness of the full suite of products.
