About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, comfortable with outreach and prospecting, and excited to play a key part in generating new revenue opportunities for the company. This position focuses on inbound lead management, outbound prospecting, and building relationships with homeowners, contractors, property managers and builders.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or customer service experience (construction industry experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, etc.)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal oriented
  • Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly to customers
  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

Nice To Haves

  • construction industry experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, web, email, and social channels
  • Educate potential customers on garage door products, services, and solutions
  • Create and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and work orders
  • Coordinate site visits and service appointments for field technicians
  • Maintain a high conversion rate through consultative selling and follow-up
  • Identify and research potential residential sales opportunities
  • Conduct outbound calling, emailing, and social outreach to generate new leads
  • Build relationships with builders, contractors, HOAs, property managers, and real estate professionals
  • Maintain a structured prospecting pipeline using CRM tools
  • Assist in developing targeted outreach campaigns and partnerships
  • Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activity logs
  • Follow up on quotes and open opportunities to drive deal closure
  • Ensure a positive customer experience from inquiry to installation
