About The Position

If yes, then the Inside Sales Bid Analyst position may be the one for you! THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Bid Analyst will: Lead and support the coordination and submission of content to ensure compliance in meeting requests for proposal and bid requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical necessities to maximize the number of bids won for Carus products. Build relationships and communicate with inside sales customers in assigned accounts within a territory to determine product or technical support needs, discuss future order patterns for forecasting, recoup lost business, gain competitive intelligence, communicate the Carus value-added offerings, and facilitate additional follow-up as required. Research bid opportunities in the market, identify opportunities applicable to Carus product offerings, collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to determine appropriate sales channel for the bid to be processed, and update bid database (CRM).  Review expiring bids and develop timetable to ensure Carus extends contract terms or rebids prior to expiration dates.  Evaluate bid tabulation data and conduct follow-up with sales managers or customers to promote Carus value proposition and bid specifications to lobby on Carus’ behalf. THE QUALIFICATIONS The right candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Your credentials ideally include: BS Degree desired with an emphasis in business or marketing preferred or a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, sales, or related field.  Strong business acumen.  The ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Detail oriented, critical thinker with strong skills utilizing large databases. Strong time management capabilities in an environment with rapidly changing priorities and time constraints. Requirements
