With 17 branches across the Southeast, we partner with contractors and fabricators to help them succeed every day. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the branch team, helping customers, supporting sales, and keeping things running smoothly day to day. Nice To Haves

  • Customer service or inside sales experience
  • Comfort working with systems like ERP software (Prophet 21 is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by being responsive, helpful, and reliable
  • Support Territory Managers with quotes, order entry, and product sourcing
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in customers with a high level of care and professionalism
  • Stay organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in orders and communication
  • Proactively follow up with customers to support their needs and keep projects moving
  • Work closely with your team to solve problems and deliver a great customer experience
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers who rely on you to get things right
