Position: Inside Sales Associate I Job Summary This Inside Sales Associate manages assigned accounts and programs, focusing on revenue growth through strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional service. Essential Job Responsibilities Develop sales goals and drive account growth by building strong relationships with existing and new customers. Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective or existing buyers and other decision makers. Manage customer quote requests by coordinating with Estimating, reviewing finalized quotes, presenting them to customers, and negotiating terms as needed. Collaborate across departments to support order fulfillment and program planning. Partner with Sales and Production to oversee new product launches and ensure smooth implementation through established processes. Manage prospects through the sales cycle and maintain opportunity pipeline. Compile and analyze data to prepare reports for management. Investigate and assist to resolve customer complaints. Keep customer information and activity up to date in CRM database. Perform additional duties as assigned.
