Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist ForceSource is a talent acquisition firm representing an environmental technology company who has been a technology leader in small, municipal wastewater solutions with a secondary focus in select industrial applications since the early 1980's. The company is looking for an Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of marketing strategies and managing internal sales reporting. Job Summary & Responsibilities: Candidate will provide inside sales support and actively manage marketing initiatives. Primary tasks will include but are not limited to: Develop trade show related marketing materials such as trade show graphics, handouts and electronic marketing communication tools. Assist the sales team and sales representatives with regional trade show coordination. Increase brand awareness through rebranding initiatives for key environmental technologies. Digital & content marketing including managing marketing initiatives and branding improvements, and implementing our digital marketing across all platforms Review opportunities with sales to improve our competitive advantage in the marketplace This individual will be a key contributor to the sales and marketing teams and will be responsible for coordinating marketing, branding, and sales initiatives across departments. They will be responsible for executing the entirety of organizational marketing from conferences to digital and print media. They will also oversee internal projects related to enhancement of the overall improvements and deliverables tied to company goals with direction of Senior Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, WordPress, and Adobe Illustrator required
  • Experience in content creation via multiple platforms: YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and print
  • Demonstrated experience in data and document management
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing marketing initiatives from conception through execution
  • CRM experience
