About The Position

Holmen Cheese has an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our Sales Team as an Inside Sales Rep. This role will help generate leads for the sales team as well as work to enhance the companies marketing programs and materials. Requirements

  • 3+ years inside sales for a business to business organization
  • Experience with Trade Show planning and marketing
  • Attention to detail and follow through
  • Proven success in creating and developing marketing material

Nice To Haves

  • Background with Business Social Media accounts a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture customer relationships and be the primary point of contact for most established customers.
  • Identify potential new customers and additional opportunities with current customers
  • Advise customers on solutions – recommend alternatives and guide buying decisions when needs change.
  • Work closely with Sales team to ensure leads are followed up on
  • Need to stay informed about company capabilities and product offerings. Building a strong partnership with R&D
  • Learn and utilize the ERP system.
  • Assist in maintaining sales pipeline for all projects and forecasting purposes.
  • Stay market aware. Analyze market trends and sales data; share insights and provide relevant information and suggestions to the team.
  • Maintain and update marketing and sales materials
  • Oversee website maintenance and upkeep
  • Utilize social media in a way that displays Holmen Cheese’s offerings and values
  • Develop high level sales presentations that are customized to the customer
