Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: This position will work closely with the field team to recover as much revenue as possible on missed opportunities. Because of the nature of this work, building a symbiotic relationship with the field staff will be critical. This team member will primarily interact with clients over the phone to close deals and assist salespeople. Successful agents will have a learning mindset and leverage the team around them to grow & develop their technical and sales skills. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Primarily responsibility for the Inside Sales Agent is to recover home comfort projects with or after the Comfort Advisors home visit.
