About The Position
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us provide outbound calling for our real estate consulting clients. Specific training is provided, but experience working as an ISA or outbound call specialist is a MUST. The focus of this role is having conversations with leads and setting appointments for Real Estate agents.
Requirements
- Excellent grammar
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Growth Mindset
- Internet- at least 15 mbps with a backup wired internet connection
- Laptop or PC - at least i5 7th gen with 8GB of RAM and Windows 10 OS
- experience working as an ISA or outbound call specialist is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
- CRM experience a plus
