This position qualifies for participation in our annual employee bonus program. You thrive in a goal-oriented environment and enjoy working within a collaborative team that values both performance and camaraderie. You understand the consultative sales approach required to support longer sales cycles and are comfortable engaging members in meaningful conversations about conferences, sponsorships, training, and education services. You are naturally curious and motivated to understand a small but complex organization and the various industries we serve. Your background includes experience in inside sales, service-based selling, or training program sales. You are comfortable working from qualified leads and leveraging soft sales skills to uncover needs and drive engagement. What you will do: In short, you will help GS1 US grow revenue and strengthen member relationships by engaging current business customers and promoting conferences, sponsorships, training, education services, and other offerings as needed. Here are a few more details about the role (other duties may be assigned): Drive Revenue Through Member Engagement Engage current GS1 US business customers to promote conference attendance, sponsorship opportunities, training, education services, and other offerings aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate on Campaign Development Partner with cross-functional teams including Education and Training, Events, and Community Engagement to develop outreach campaigns and lead generation initiatives. Represent the Voice of the Customer Serve as a conduit between members and internal teams by sharing customer feedback with QA, product development, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to improve products and services.
