This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager based in Waco Texas. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving platform adoption, managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes daily outreach to potential and existing customers, addressing client needs, identifying opportunities for adoption, and delivering a high level of service to meet and exceed conversion targets. Collaboration and teamwork are vital to this role to maintain strong client connections and achieve company goals.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, Account Management, and driving revenue growth
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Demonstrated ability in Relationship Building to foster trust and long-term partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment
  • Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced setting

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus not required
  • Experience working in an on-site call center environment is beneficial
