About The Position
Bender Plumbing Supplies is hiring Inside Sales Account Managers to grow and manage our wholesale plumbing & HVAC accounts. This is a relationship-driven, inside sales role — no cold calling.
Requirements
- 5+ years inside sales, account management, or customer service
- Experience with contractors, construction, or trade customers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Wholesale plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or building supply experience
- B2B sales
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Provide pricing, quotes, and inventory support
- Build trusted advisor relationships
- Identify sales opportunities and increase revenue
- Support project bids and customer requests
- Resolve issues from order entry to delivery
