About The Position

The Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) collaborates with Regional Account Managers and Account Representatives to sell products and services to industry operators and distributors. provides customers with product or service information to assist them in determining appropriate merchandise to purchase. In this role, ISAM’s will build strong relationships with customer bases to assist and make recommendations for the products and services that will meet the needs of their businesses.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with all MS Office Suite applications
  • Must have previous customer service or sales experience
  • Excellent organization skills and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Personable and outgoing personality
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated and results driven
  • Must be an independent thinker, with the ability to balance both working autonomously and working with others in a team setting
  • Attention to detail and display a level of professionalism and maturity
  • 15% domestic US travel required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Associates Degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Regional Account Manager to support increased sales efforts within territory for all product lines and services.
  • Responsible for outbound sales calls to a specified list of customers
  • Make recommendations to Inside Sales Manager to improve services & processes
  • Set process expectations and ensure expectations are met with locations, operators and Outside Sales reps
  • Collaborate with Credit & Collection, Billing, Customer Service and Operations Departments to resolve customer problems or issues in a timely manner
  • Provide products information to customers (front line) by building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Enter orders and track shipments of system and related products
  • Estimate date of delivery to customers based on knowledge of the company’s production and delivery schedules
  • Responsible for ensuring all proper documents associated with the selling process are thoroughly completed. Documentation includes contracts, location logos and location messages which must be received, verified, and processed before product shipment
  • Coordinate customer training
  • Respond promptly to customers’ needs and solicits feedback to improve service
  • Prepare sales reports to Sales Managers as needed
  • Communicate programs, promotions and policies to new and/or existing customers
  • All related duties as deemed necessary by the Inside Sales Manager
  • Participate in the training on onboarding of other sales representatives when needed
