Job Summary Professional Security Alliance (PSA), the world’s largest consortium of security and audio-visual systems integrators, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to support member engagement and vendor program adoption within an assigned territory. This role works closely with the Outside Sales Representative to support PSA members by facilitating product sourcing, connecting members with PSA technology partners, assisting with pricing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to increase member participation in PSA programs. This role provides a potential development path into Territory Sales. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple member requests in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive compensation package which includes base salary plus commission, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with match and safe-harbor contribution, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave and PTO to qualifying employees. For those working out of our corporate headquarters, we have a business casual working environment. Salary range $50,000 - $60,000 annually plus commission with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $75K, no cap.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years inside sales, account management or channel sales experience
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple PSA member requests and priorities
  • Experience working with CRM systems, especially NetSuite
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Honesty and Integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.
  • Superior customer / member focus.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and plan workload effectively.
  • Ability to learn quickly, multitask and perform under deadlines.
  • Must work well in a team environment and/or with little supervision.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electronic security, access control, video surveillance, fire/life safety or Pro AV preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support territory by assisting PSA members with product sourcing, pricing inquiries & vendor connections
  • Qualify inbound member requests and coordinate opportunities to appropriate PSA vendor partners
  • Coordinate with the Outside Sales Representative to support territory sales initiatives
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and member engagement activity within PSA’s CRM system
  • Conduct outbound engagement with members to promote PSA technology partners and programs
  • Facilitate vendor product demonstrations and educational sessions for members
  • Identify opportunities to increase member utilization of PSA vendor partners
  • Collaborate with internal PSA departments to ensure members receive timely service and support
  • Proactively engage members to identify opportunities to increase utilization of PSA vendors and programs
  • Develop working knowledge of PSA vendor technologies & programs to effectively support member needs
  • Participate in PSA events, member meetings and sales initiatives
