As an Inside Property Adjuster within the Property Central Specialty Office, you will provide exceptional service to policyholders by working remotely from your home office. Your primary responsibilities include virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling insurance claims promptly and accurately. You will interact with customers, contractors, and vendors using various software platforms like Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration, communicating through voice calls, email, and text messages. This role requires you to embody several key functions: a Customer Service Expert who is compassionate, clear, and a committed partner in each Property claim, leading with empathy; an Investigator who confidently and independently reviews damage and interprets policies to determine coverage; an Effective Communicator who uses various channels to guide customers through the claims process; a Negotiator who evaluates and settles claims with various parties according to legal and business standards, handling complex situations; a Problem Solver who utilizes multiple tools and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment; and a Recorder who ensures financial protection by executing policy agreements and maintaining timely, accurate documentation in a claims system.
