As an Inside Partner Manager at Veeam, you will play a critical role in driving partner success across the West region through strategic collaboration, enablement, and revenue-focused execution. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of partners, identifying growth opportunities within their install base, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role requires a high level of channel experience, with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, partner-led sales motions, and how to effectively engage, enable, and grow partners. You will act as an extension of both the partner and Veeam sales teams — aligning on joint business plans, enabling partners on Veeam solutions, and helping drive pipeline, deal progression, and long-term growth. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role requiring a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for building partner relationships. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must reside within the assigned territory (West region) ALSO NOTE: Compensation is determined based on Geo-Zones as listed by state within this posting (the mid-point/middle of the zone range is what is budgeted for this role, so please ensure your target/expected comp is aligned)
