What does a successful Insert Operator do at Fiserv? As an Insert Operator, you will join our Indianapolis team and receive training on our world class Insert equipment, while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and efficiency to meet client Service Level Agreements. Your daily duties will consist of you setting up and tearing down the machine and continuous quality control.

Requirements

• Experience using a computer for data entry
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities
• Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel and bend often
• You will work an assigned schedule of: Sun-Thur 8am-4pm
• Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role
• This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
• 1 year of fast-paced production environment
• 1 year of insert machine operating experience

Responsibilities

• Operate Insert production machines manufactured by Blue Crest
• Enter job on the screen and scan using RF scanner to confirm job
• Quality Control making sure you have the correct envelops and inserts for the job
• Load envelopes on belt and card mailer and inserts for that job
