Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Inseat Pantry Expo to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Suites Lead, you will be responsible for managing food setup and preparation standards while supervising the activities of team members. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of direct food and beverage experience, as well as previous supervisory experience
- Familiar with standard food and beverage equipment
- Knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures
- Basic math skills
- No college degree required
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and schedule team members
- Manage daily operations of the suites area
- Maintain positive client and guest relations by ensuring efficient, quality service and products
- Order all inventories for the area, determine quantities of related products, and purchase products, ensuring product quality and controlling costs
- Verify sales reporting, cash handling, and payroll accounting reports, preparing various cost and operational reports
