About The Position

Central State Hospital is seeking full-time RNs for night shift (7p-7a). 3 shifts per week (12 hour shifts) every other weekend off weekend premium ($1 additional) 10% shift differential from 3p-11p 12% shift differential from 11p-7a 1 year experience preferred but not required Base hourly pay: $37.50 Essential Job Functions: Plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care activities utilizing the nursing process through active participation in the treatment planning process. Demonstrate knowledge and application of the nursing process throughout the patients hospitalization, from admission to discharge, consistent with the patients age, gender and cultural specific needs. Assess, supervise and maintain the safety, integrity and therapeutic nature of the milieu. Complete documentation and assignments within established time frames.
