About The Position

This is a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse position in the Operating Room at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The work schedule is 9:00am-7:30pm. You may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign on bonus.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
911 Call Center Triage Only - 2 years experience in an Emergency Room setting or Psychiatric Nursing setting.
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
Bi-annual CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

911 Call Center Triage Only - Community nursing experience.
Specialty certification in area of concentration.
9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire.
