Requirements

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to inform training strategies and measure impact.
  • Strategic Training Development: Experience in converting stakeholder needs into actionable training plans with clear metrics.
  • Organizational Agility: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative Mindset: Capacity to creatively repurpose resources and introduce new approaches for enhanced results.
  • Performance Metrics Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and utilize KPIs to validate training success.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex concepts .
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstratable e xperience with eLearning authoring platforms , Project Management T ools , and team collaboratio n applications
  • Instructional Design: Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 + years of learning and development experience
  • Experience in both strategy development and implementation

Nice To Haves

  • eLearning design experience, technical development, and troubleshooting of web-based training modules
  • Experience with SCORM and Articulate 360
  • Workday Learning Administration knowledge
  • MS Office Suite proficient

Responsibilities

  • Lead Innovation Training: Convert stakeholder needs into a comprehensive training strategy, integrating metrics and KPIs to measure success.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Partner with subject matter experts to produce and deliver robust, sustainable, high-level training content for field service associates and managers .
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and track performance metrics that validate the effectiveness of training strategies.
  • Resource Creation & Optimization: Innovate and repurpose existing resources or create new ones to enhance training outcomes and efficiency.
  • Prioritization & Organization: Organize and address competing priorities efficiently, ensuring timely execution of multiple initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Design engaging, interactive, and impactful learning content .
