The Innovation Technology, Developmental Intern will support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives focused on AI, automation, digital worker enablement, and innovation. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world transformation programs in a utility/energy environment while building skills in emerging technologies, data analysis, process improvement, and program delivery. The intern will partner closely with Digital Transformation Office (DTO) leadership, engineers, and program managers to assist with pilots, dashboards, business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. This is a high-impact learning opportunity for students interested in technology, business transformation, engineering, or data-driven operations. Our paid 10-week Summer Developmental Internship program runs from June 2 - August 7, 2026. As an Intern, you will receive professional development, on-the job experience in the energy industry, exposure to executives, and networking opportunities to help build a solid foundation for your future career.
