About The Position

The Manager, Technology & Innovation supports the delivery, governance, and optimization of technology enabled solutions across Legal & Regulatory Compliance (LRC). This role partners closely with Technology & Operations to ensure legal technology initiatives are well-governed, secure, scalable, and aligned with BMO’s strategic priorities. This role is accountable for program execution across multiple initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions, access management, training and enablement, and knowledge management platforms, while ensuring strong risk, financial, and change management discipline.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years experience in program or project management, preferably in a legal, risk or governance role.
  • Vendor management experience strongly preferred
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
  • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth
  • Influence skills - In-depth
  • Data driven decision making - In-depth.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with iManage and SharePoint is an asset
