To thrive as the Innovation Manager, you will operate at the intersection of business analysis, innovation strategy, and AI-enabled workflows. You will be responsible for turning research into actionable insights, conducting business analysis, and creating impactful, insight-driven narratives. A key differentiator in this role is the proven ability to leverage AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate insight generation, and improve decision-making quality. You will apply an AI-first approach to workflows—using AI to synthesize research, generate hypotheses, streamline analysis, and elevate storytelling. In addition to your analytical and technical fluency, you will manage innovation initiatives such as design thinking, new product exploration, and development. Your role will be pivotal in supporting consumer insight-driven strategies and shaping innovation pipelines. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Consumer Insights, you will collaborate on key initiatives while independently leading projects that influence product development and business strategy. Although this is not a people leader role, it offers significant opportunity to lead initiatives and drive impact across the organization. This role is part of BEHR’s broader shift toward an AI-enabled innovation model, where speed, insight quality, and decision-making are enhanced through modern tools and workflows.
