We’re actively seeking a Open Innovation Manager to champion the Plug and Play business model and source corporate and limited partners in the insurance space. You will define and lead the process to address our clients’ goals in the best possible way, deliver value to our clients, and achieve the highest level of client satisfaction. HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE? Owning, managing, and growing a portfolio of accounts and limited partners where you are the lead strategic advisor. Proactively managing your portfolio of accounts with regular meetings, mapping the organization, engaging a variety of stakeholders, and being an expert in Plug and Play and the insurance industry. Define and implement partners’ innovation strategies, including consulting activities such as strategy and ideation workshops. Coordinate investor events, such as annual meetings and conference calls. Owning key retention metrics such as GDR and NDR for assigned accounts Identifying cross-sell opportunities for your accounts and partnering with Sales to close that revenue. Proactively identifying churn risk and partnering with cross-functional teams to mitigate churn. Assist in the preparation of investor communications, such as presentations, reports, and press releases Lead and present quarterly executive business reviews for your accounts with tailored content, substantive value, and actionable items. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our corporate and limited partners innovation challenges, focus areas, and tech interests. Be highly responsive to, and proactively get in touch with, existing and prospective investors, including phone calls, company visits, non-deal road shows, and conferences. Attend industry conferences, network, and build relationships in person. Work with Ventures and Programs to inform future roadmap decisions based on direct and indirect client feedback
