About The Position

The Innovation Lab Experience Manager owns the end-to-end customer experience for Vertiv’s Innovation Labs—ensuring every visit, demo, workshop, and engagement reinforces Vertiv as the thought leader in system infrastructure for AI Data Centers. This role is the face of the lab to internal and external audiences, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Branding to curate powerful stories and experiences. This position will be based onsite at Vertiv's Delaware, OH location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or related field, MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years experience in technical sales, Customer Experience, product marketing, or solutions engineering.
  • Strong communication and technical storytelling ability.
  • Experience in data centers or critical infrastructure.
  • Proven success with customers at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer-facing experience across all Innovation Labs.
  • Develop and refine customer personas, use cases, and journey mapping.
  • Deliver tours, workshops, and demonstrations with technical fluency.
  • Partner with Marketing/Brand to embed strategic messaging.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, readiness, and engagement flow.
  • Establish governance for the Voice of Customer process.
  • Maintain and evolve physical and digital experience environments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Advanced R&T, Engineering, and Delivery.
  • Lead a team of Ambassadors and event coordinators.
