About The Position

In this role, you will be a part of the Innovation team supporting situation analysis for innovation opportunities, research alternatives and competition, recommend paths forward, and engage in team meetings, lab activities, and restaurant assessments. The intern will work closely with a mentor, team and/or management to provide support with various department tasks and project. Little Caesars is looking for a strong, self-motivated individual to work with your fellow colleagues. You'll be a part of our 13 week summer internship program and gain valuable experience in understanding our human resources processes, procedures, and strategies. You'll collaborate and learn from industry professionals on a variety of HR initiatives, ending your internship with a presentation to senior leadership on your internship experience including key projects, initiatives, and findings.

Requirements

• Junior Level class or above and actively enrolled in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA 3.0
• Good organizational and analytical/reasoning skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate PC skills (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to function in a team environment, supporting team members when needed
• Ability to work independently completing projects within determined timelines
• Evidence of ability to build and maintain relationships and excel in an interactive team environment.
