About the role The Innovation Insights Lead will be a strategic partner to the Innovation team, being a key voice in the Innovation Strategy, and leading the End-to-End learning agenda for key innovations in the US market. The candidate will leverage these insights to drive clarity about the key components of successful innovations (proposition, packaging, claims, messaging) and work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that our innovations are rooted in consumer needs.
