About The Position

The tasks listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this position. Management may assign additional tasks related to the type of work of the position as necessary. Maintains the campus by coordinating cleanliness, appearance, and safety efforts to ensure a welcoming environment. Conducts inspections, reports, or addresses maintenance needs promptly. Coordinates with other departments and vendors as appropriate to address concerns. Supports vendor and contractor relationships, coordinates schedules, monitors performance, and ensures campus upkeep standards are met. Acts as a liaison between ReWa staff, partners, and community stakeholders to support logistics for campus events, projects, and activities, escalating issues as needed. Serves as the primary point of contact for event attendees, ensures their needs are addressed, ensures access to facilities is provided, and logistical support is effectively managed while representing ReWa professionally and upholding campus standards. Collaborates with stakeholders, supports the planning and implementation of continuous improvement projects aligned with the campus’s educational, environmental, and recreational goals. Assists in planning and coordinates on-campus events, community gatherings, educational programs, and external stakeholder meetings. Coordinates logistics for external stakeholders to use campus facilities, including schedule, resources allocation, and ensures compliance with campus standards. Works with internal and external partners, ensures event logistics, resources, and supports alignment with campus standards and stakeholder expectations. Monitors expenditures and assists in budget tracking for campus operations, maintenance, and activities, ensures compliance with financial guidelines. Identifies opportunities for cost savings or resource efficiency and recommends them to supervisors. Supports educational programs, tours, and demonstrations, coordinates logistics and resources to showcase advancements in water technology. Facilitates employee involvement in campus activities and professional development opportunities in collaboration with ReWa leadership. Attends meetings, training, workshops, etc., as appropriate to enhance job knowledge and skills. Management may assign additional tasks related to the type of work of the position as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in event management, business administration, public relations, communications, facilities management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience in event coordination, facilities operations, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and diverse stakeholder groups.
