Responsible for identifying the technical and continuous improvement needs of assigned customer and coordination of any technical activities related to same. This may include coordination of both laboratory and manufacturing activities, and applicable training and development of customer employees. Provides strong press side technical service, troubleshooting of problems and provides detailed and consistent technical reporting. Supports customer’s schedule through production coordination, and at times may need to provide color matching, formulating, and small batch blending support on-site at the customer location. Provides performance feedback on ink room personnel and address issues accordingly.
