Matrix Plastic Products is seeking a hands-on, motivated, and experienced Injection Molding Processing Technician (2nd shift) to join our injection molding team. The Processing Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of existing plastic injection molds utilizing scientific molding principles. Ensures molding production meets customer specifications, making adjustments as necessary to run within established process parameters. Works with our quality department to resolve any production issues. Regularly works on all injection molding machines (including Engel, Plus-tech, Shibaura, JSW, and Wittmann machines) as well as Yushin robots and auxiliary equipment. The role works closely with our automation and maintenance teams to effectively support production across all shifts, as well as training internal personnel.
