The Opportunity This is a pivotal role in unlocking ProLender's organic growth engine. You will own the design, launch, and adoption strategy for six new modules that represent significant value creation for existing customers. Unlike a traditional product manager, you will drive adoption through direct customer engagement, enablement, and expansion selling. Your success directly impacts ARR growth and customer lifetime value. This role offers autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to shape how a 40-customer portfolio scales. Role Overview You will be responsible for developing and executing the ProLender module expansion strategy. This includes defining the module roadmap, coordinating product launches, identifying early adopter customers, enabling adoption through technical and business enablement, and driving expansion revenue through consultative selling and customer success. You will serve as a bridge between product, sales, customer success, and customers—translating product capabilities into customer value and driving adoption through structured playbooks and direct customer engagement. You are comfortable getting your hands dirty with direct customer engagement while also thinking systematically about playbooks and processes that scale.
