The Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chains brings together leading global businesses, policymakers, and civil society to accelerate innovation, resilience, and sustainability in manufacturing and supply chains. The team works through multi-stakeholder initiatives to drive impactful reform and foster the next generation of industry leaders. The New Generation Industry Leaders (NGIL) Program is a strategic initiative of the Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chains, designed to empower the next generation of leaders to drive transformation across production floors and supply chains. In partnership with Rockwell Automation, the Forum is seeking a dynamic and strategic Initiative Lead to deliver the NGIL cohorts in 2026, 2027, and 2028, and to support the strategic priorities of the talent pillar. This role is central to shaping the future of manufacturing and supply chains by building a scalable, impactful, and sustainable leadership movement.
