This position's primary location is flexible, and this is a hybrid role, whichever of our locations work best for you (Grand Rapids, Caledonia, Grandville, Holland, or Grand Haven) will be set as the primary location for this role. Requirements
- LPN License
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Answer all Physician Line calls, connecting the caller to on-call provider.
- Must re-address result notes, phone calls, and refill requests following the clinical process.
- Manage voicemails and faxes
- Complete prior authorizations for medications.
- Assist with rooming patients as needed.
