About The Position

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Initial Service Professional Intern position located at our office in Provo, Utah . The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level. This position will not exceed more than 6 months. Aptive Pest Control: Aptive Pest Control provides pest control services to 34 states in the US. Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Discretion when handling sensitive information

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with Initial Service Professional applicants to guide them through the application process
  • Consistently organize updates in an Excel sheet to track applicants’ progression
  • Communicate with Sales and Corporate teams about the needs and progress of applicants in a timely manner
  • Manage sensitive data to process paperwork for applicants
  • Work cross-functionally with Human Resources, Operations, and Sales
